Forms and bookings

When you contact us, request a quote or book a table, we process the information you provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, message, preferred location and details of your event or booking request. We use this information to reply and organise the service you requested.

Requests are recorded in a protected database accessible to authorised staff, and a notification is sent to info@thepancakesmafia.ch. No automatic copy is sent to the person making the request. A booking request is not a confirmed table reservation.

Analytics and third-party tools

With your consent, we count page views and certain interactions to understand how the website is used. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel, when configured, may use cookies or similar technologies. A connected Instagram feed may involve communication with a third-party provider.
